Normally within one week when we have stock inventory.
If not, it may take 5~6 weeks for production lead time. We use the Fedex or UPS and it takes about 1 week all over the world. If your country is not covered by Fedex or UPS, it will be shipped via EMS.

Why is the price in US Dollars? You are a Korean company! Most of components/devices we buy are priced in dollars. Because, currency markets are too much volatile at the moment, we pice the final board in dollars to minimize changing of the price.

How can I power on the board?
It doesn't support the USB power in any case. Please use the power supply to the DC-Jack.
We recommend 5V 2A adaptor. Inner diameter is 0.8mm, outer diameter is 2.5mm. Center is Positiver and Outer is Negative. Normally ODROID-U3 consumes about 1A - 1.5A in most cases.
How does it boot?
You have to boot from MicroSD card or eMMC Module.

Can I add extra RAM?
No. The RAM is a POP (Package on Package) on top of the SoC, so it’s not removable or swappable. Can I add extra Storage? Yes. You can use higher capacity of eMMC storage or/and Micro-SD card up to 64GB. USB HDD or SSD is also possible.

I have a USB-Serial converter. Should I buy your USB-UART module kit? Yes. Because UART port of ODROID-U3 is 1.8Volt interface. So the normal USB-Serial can't be used with ODROID-U3. We strongly recommend our USB-UART module kit.
How to access internet with ODROID-U3? - Use a 10/100 LAN Ethernet connection or Buy the WiFi module kit for wireless connection.
How does ODROID-U3 provide Real Time Clock (RTC) support? Just connect a coin battery cell((for example, a CR2032) to ODROID-U3. Refer this LINK. The coin cell battery powers the RTC in the PMIC when ODROID-U3 is not connected to a power supply. This allows the time and date values to be preserved between power cycles of the board.
What display can I use?
There is HDMI out available on ODROID-U3. HDMI output can support only 720p/1080p resolution with 16:9/16:10 wide display. HDMI-DVI or HDMI-VGA converter may work if your monitor is wide display. Old 4:3 aspect ratio monitors may not work properly.
Where can I get HDMI cable?
You can purchase it from any open market such as ebay. Or you can purchase one on our website. Micro-HDMI or Type-D connector is required. We strongly recommend our HDMI cable for better compatibility.

What operating system (OS) does it use?
We recommend Ubuntu 13.10(XFCE) or Android JB as our default distribution. The OS must be stored on the MicroSD card or eMMC Module. The Ubuntu 13.10 is slightly modified for the ODROID platform.
Does it support the OpenGL ES 1.1/2.0 on the Ubuntu/Linux distros? Yes, ARM Mali-400 3D GPU works in Linux X11.
Which Android version is supported?
Android 4.1 Jellybean and 4.0 ICS are ready to install.
Is full source code open and can I build it by myself?
