Is there a price negotiation if I purchase big quantity? Yes.
What is payment method? You can use Paypal or international bank transfer.
I don't use Paypal. Can I transfer money to your bank account? Yes. Please select your payment option as international bank transfer during your purchasing. You will get the Proforma invoice with bank detail.
My paypal address is different from my actual address. Can you ship it to my actual address? You need to provide the scanned copy of the paypal account holder's photo ID via email.
When / how you ship my order after payment? Normally it will be dispatched within one week after your payment when we have stock inventory. If not, it may take 4~7weeks for production lead time. We use either UPS, Fedex or EMS and it takes around 1 week for delivery after the dispatch all over the world.
Does your price include all the taxes, tariffs and any related charges? Customers outside of the South Korea may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country, you should contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation. Additionally when ordering from this website, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Hardkernel Co., Ltd will not be held responsible for international orders that never make it past your countries customs office. Please check with your customs office before placing your order. No refund will be given for items that are seized by your local customs' agents.

ODROID-C2 board with heatsink mounted.
I received email from paypal, but haven't received any confirmation email from Hardkernel. Is that normal? You are supposed to receive the confirmation email from Hardkernel. But, it might be blocked by spam filter. You can request your invoice via email
I want to add more items on my existing order. How can I do that? We cannot help you changing your order after the shipment. But, if it is not dispatched, we can refund your existing order by your email request. And you can re-order what you want.
What is your RMA Policy? - Warranty period Board style product (XU / X / U / W / C series) : 4 weeks Accessories : 2 weeks - During Warranty Period Shipper should pay for the shipping cost in any case for RMA. You need to pay for the shipping cost from your country to our office, and Hardkernel pay for the shipping cost from Korea back to your country. Hardware damage by any user's misuse is not covered by warranty. - After Warranty Period RMA requester should pay for the shipping cost for both way. The products might not be fixed if the hardware damage is serious (i.e., CPU/PMIC/PCB is broken permanently) Note! There might be additional service charge if the hardware needs any rework/repair process.
Why is the price in US Dollars? You are a Korean company! Most of components/devices we buy are priced in dollars. Because currency markets are too much volatile at the moment, we fix the final board in dollars to minimize changing of the price.
