The Robot Kit is an innovative robotics kit based on ODROID-BaB for Android devices. This robots can be in use by hobbyists, educators and students around the world. Starting with basic movement and proceeding to Android smart phone control projects, customers quickly learn how the Android phone can be expandable for many different robotic projects. No previous robotics, electronics or programming experience is necessary.
What really makes the robot unique is the flexibility and high performance of Android phone programming(SDK) when coupled with such as a voice recognition or the object recognition of high resolution smartphone cameras. Following along in Robotics with the ODROID Robot, users quickly learn about embedded Android projects, from simple remote control to voice command control and advanced vision systems.
The ODROID-BaB connectivity to an Android phone via a wireless Bluetooth connection and is fully controllable from within an Android application using a simple Java API - no embedded programming or external programmer will ever be needed! Users can access all essential GPIO/PWM/ADC/I2C with only Android Java application.
