1. Warranty
Warranty period
Board style product (X/X2/U2/PC) : 4 weeks
Tablet style products (Q/Q2/A4) : 6 months
Accessories : 2 weeks

During Warranty Period
Shipper should pay for the shipping cost in any case for RMA.
You need to pay for the shipping cost from your country to our office, and Hardkernel pay for the shipping cost from Korea back to your country.
Hardware damage by any user's mistake is not covered by warranty.

After Warranty Period
RMA requester should pay for the shipping cost for both way. The shipping cost for return is $25.00 by Fedex.
The products might not be fixed if the hardware damage is serious (i.e., CPU/PMIC/PCB is broken permanently)
Note there might be additional service charge if the hardware need any rework/repair process.

2. Shipper should pay for the shipping cost in any case for RMA. You need to pay for the shipping cost from your country to our office, and we pay for the shipping cost from Korea back to your country.

3. Please note that the ODROID developer editions are a development platform and its specifications are subject to change without notice and it may include Beta and Pre-Release software and as such not designed for end-users. Wireless devices' RF performance might not meet standard level.

4. Our price does not include taxes and tariffs and any related charges. Customers outside of the South Korea may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country; you should contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation. Additionally when ordering from this website, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Hardkernel Co., Ltd will not be held responsible for international orders that never make it past your countries cutoms office. Please check with your customs office before placing your oder. No refund will be given for itmes that are seized by your local custom's agents.

5. This Developer Edition include development data, as such refund will not be accepted once you purchase the package. We will not be responsible for shipping and handling on returned itmes in any case.

6. International orders are shipped via Fedex which can take approximately 2-5 days for delivery. Tracking number will be provided once it is shipped out. Please type the valid email address and phone number. The countries that Fedex doesn't cover will be shipped via EMS.
